This table sets out the catalog number and related registry fields for replacement parts of six aesthetic device brands, with a check date per row. The catalog number carries a different amount of information from brand to brand, from a REP count written into the number itself to no number at all in the record. For a buyer holding a quote with a part number, that difference decides whether the number can be matched against anything official and whether it says how many pieces the price covers.

What the registry records as a catalog number

Four of the six brands in this table have part records with a filled catalog number field in the FDA device registry, the Ultherapy and Sylfirm X records checked here leave that field empty, and Vivace has both, filled on the Aesthetics Biomedical records and empty on the shenb records, so the number printed on a quote and the number a federal record carries are not always the same identifier.

The Ultherapy, Sylfirm X and shenb Vivace records checked here leave the catalog number field empty. The Ultherapy and Sylfirm X records carry a model version value, UT-1 Rev N and J25BS, with the catalog field empty, read on September 20, 2026. Each still carries a device identifier, and the two shenb Vivace cartridge records behave the same way, one published in 2019 and one in 2026.

That splits the table into two starting points. Where the catalog field is filled, a number from an offer goes straight next to a record; where it is empty, the match runs through the device identifier or the model version field. See also cartridge cost across microneedling pens.

How Thermage puts tip capacity in the number

Thermage is the brand in this table whose catalog number ends in a consumption parameter, because the number ends in the REP count the tip is rated for, which is how TT4.00F6-900 reads as a 4.0 cm² FLX tip rated at 900 REP.

CPT and NXT records open with TTNS, then the treated area in square centimeters, then a variant code, then the REP count, as in TTNS3.00C1-600 read on September 18, 2026. The FLX generation runs a separate series, with device identifier prefix 00816995 and a pattern of TT, the area, the F6 marker and the REP count. Two numbering lines under one brand mean Thermage tip numbers that end in the REP count have to be read against the generation of the system.

With the rated capacity inside the number, a price comparison can start before the supplier answers, with the FLX Body tip below as the exception. The CPT 3.00 cm² record lists TTNS3.00E4-900 against device identifier 00850608002445, read on September 20, 2026, and the FLX Total 4.0 cm² record lists TT4.00F6-900 against 00816995021438, read on September 18, 2026. Divide an offered price by the REP count and you get a cost per REP, the figure you can set side by side across tip sizes.

Where one Thermage record disagrees with itself

The registry record for the Thermage 16.0 cm² FLX Body tip carries catalog number TT16.00F6-500 while its own device description reads 1200 REP, and both values were still in place when the record was read on September 20, 2026.

Neither value is picked here. The suffix of the catalog number is the REP count in more than ten other records of this brand, which is what makes this one stand out. The record was read on September 19, 2026 and again on September 20, 2026, with no movement in either value. Ask Solta Medical or the supplier in writing which of the two values is the rating before ordering this item.

How Vivace Ultra numbers the single cartridge and the ten-pack

Vivace Ultra uses the catalog number to separate a single cartridge from the ten-pack of the identical construction, and the two numbers for one construction sit two apart, so ABMVIVM02 is one custom non-insulated cartridge and ABMVIVM04 is ten of them.

A registry search for vivace on September 20, 2026 returned ABMVIVM01 through ABMVIVM12, six constructions, each under two numbers two apart, the lower for the single piece and the higher for the ten-pack.

  1. ABMVIVM01 and ABMVIVM03
  2. ABMVIVM02 and ABMVIVM04
  3. ABMVIVM05 and ABMVIVM07
  4. ABMVIVM06 and ABMVIVM08
  5. ABMVIVM09 and ABMVIVM11
  6. ABMVIVM10 and ABMVIVM12

The commercial unit sits in the device count field, not in a package identifier. ABMVIVM04 lists a device count of 10 and a unit-of-use identifier G055ABMVIVM040 with no package identifier, read on September 20, 2026, and ABMVIVM08 and ABMVIVM12 are filed the same way. ABMVIVM02 lists 1 and carries neither.

Here the number settles what a price covers, so read it before the price. Vivace Ultra cartridge numbers for single units and ten-packs differ by two on one construction, so a quote against the higher number is a quote for ten pieces. Parity does not mark the unit, since ABMVIVM03, ABMVIVM07 and ABMVIVM11 are odd numbers that describe ten-packs.

What the Morpheus8 number does not encode

The Morpheus8 catalog number encodes neither pin count nor part type, because one series of six consecutive numbers covers a 24-pin tip, a 12-pin tip, a 40-pin tip, a second 24-pin tip and two applicators.

A registry search for Morpheus8 on September 20, 2026 returned seventeen records, every one with the catalog field filled. The six in that series are AG613051A through AG613056A, the applicators among them the Burst and the Deep, and the adjacent AG609135A and AG609136A are a 40-pin Body tip and a 12-pin Prime tip. The one readable suffix in the brand is AG609135A_3D, which attaches to the number of a different product instead of coding anything itself.

The record description does not close that gap. AG607563A on device identifier 07290016633443 and AG613054A on 07290019863113 carry the identical description "Morpheus8 – 24 Pin TIP", read on September 20, 2026. In this series the catalog number does not carry pin count or part type, so confirm both from the record description or from the supplier. See also does a newer cartridge fit an older device.

Where the registry leaves the catalog number field empty

The Ultherapy UT-1 Rev N transducer record and the Sylfirm X XA25 tip record leave the catalog number field empty, read on September 20, 2026, and the Sylfirm X record fills the model version field with J25BS.

The same empty field sits on the shenb Vivace cartridge records, and not because they are old. The newer SH-TIP cartridge record carries a publication date of August 7, 2026 and an update on August 17, 2026, and its catalog field was still blank when read on September 20, 2026, with SH-TIP in the model version field. The registry search that day returned every shenb record with that column empty.

Ask the manufacturer or the supplier which catalog number, if any, is printed on the part label, and match it to the record through the device identifier. The Pipeline Medical listing for the Ultherapy transducer 7-3.0 carries manufacturer number 87021, absent from the registry, read on September 18, 2026. On these brands the fixed point is the device identifier or the model marking, and a number from a seller stays that seller's reference until a record backs it. Which brands show a pack size in the registry

Two of the six brands document a multi-unit pack in the records checked here, with the shenb Vivace cartridge record listing packages of 5 and 10 units and the SkinPen Precision Elite cartridge listing fourteen package identifiers in boxes, cases and mixed cases.

Pack sizes inside one labeler moved between filings. The older SH-TIP record carries collective packages at fifteen and twenty pieces, the newer one at five and ten, both read on September 18, 2026 and still in place on September 20, 2026. A size correct in one record is not evidence about the pack a supplier quotes now.

The SkinPen Precision cartridge records, REF014 and REF015, show four and fourteen package identifiers when read on September 20, 2026, REF014 as mixed cases of one piece plus boxes of 12 and 24, REF015 across boxes, cases and mixed cases at 1, 12 and 24 pieces. Vivace Ultra records keep the quantity in the device count field instead, and the Thermage, Morpheus8, Ultherapy and Sylfirm X records checked here show none. See cartridges for SkinPen Precision.

Treat a pack size quoted by a seller as that seller's statement until a package identifier backs it. Seller listings for AG607563A in a search read on September 20, 2026 included a set of four and a box of four, and none of the six Morpheus8 tip records checked on September 18, 2026 lists a package identifier, so convert an offer to a per-piece figure before comparing.

What the registry calls these parts

Comparable replacement parts for the six brands in this table sit under eight different GMDN terms in the registry, and two Vivace cartridge records from the same labeler use two different terms and two different FDA product codes.

Morpheus8 tips and the Thermage CPT tip are filed under GMDN 45048, a radio-frequency skin contouring system applicator tip, while the Thermage FLX Total tip sits under the wider 45219 for the system itself, read on September 18, 2026. The older shenb Vivace cartridge carries 58454 for a radio-frequency skin surface treatment system, a term marked obsolete when read on September 18, 2026, and the newer one 58455 for the applicator, checked on September 20, 2026. Vivace Ultra cartridges are needle electrodes for intradermal radio-frequency ablation under 66286, the Ultherapy transducer an extracorporeal ultrasound hyperthermia transducer under 40777, the Sylfirm X tip an electrosurgical system under 44776, and both SkinPen cartridges micro-needling handpiece cartridges under 61222.

Product codes split the same way. The two shenb records carry OUH and GEI, the Morpheus8 tip GEI alone where the Thermage CPT record under the same GMDN term carries ISA and GEI, and the only micro-needling code in the set, QAI, belongs to SkinPen. A search by device category will not pull these parts into one list, so start from the device identifier or the offer's number.

What the prescription flag shows next to the sale restriction

The prescription-use flag on Vivace cartridge records differs between two labelers, yes on both shenb cartridge records and no on every Aesthetics Biomedical Vivace Ultra record checked on September 20, 2026.

In that same read, the flag is yes on both Thermage tips, on the Morpheus8 tip and on both SkinPen cartridges, and no on the Ultherapy UT-1 transducer and the Sylfirm X XA25 tip. The instructions for use for Thermage CPT, on the Canadian Thermage site, and for Ultherapy PRIME on the Merz Aesthetics site each carry the federal restriction on sale, by or on the order of a licensed health care professional for Thermage CPT and of a physician for Ultherapy PRIME, read on September 18, 2026. For Morpheus8, ask the supplier for the current InMode instructions for use and the sale restriction printed in them. Take the question of who may buy there, not to a flag.

The four catalog numbers read in Google US on September 20, 2026 returned a different result set for each brand, from six seller listings with five prices on AG607563A to no listing and no price on ABMVIVM10.

What a search for four catalog numbers returned, read September 20, 2026
number what comes back on top manufacturer document in results prices visible read on
AG607563A six seller listings none in results five seller prices September 20, 2026
TT4.00F6-900 seller listings, two FDA MAUDE reports and a Health Canada license list none in results three prices September 20, 2026
ABMVIVM10 registry mirrors, no seller listing none in results none in results September 20, 2026
F5SP021 manufacturer instructions for use in first position first result none from the official channel in results September 20, 2026

The one kind of site present at all four numbers is a registry mirror, which republishes a record's fields. A read of search results on September 20, 2026 returned six seller listings on AG607563A at five prices, among them $55.00 for a single piece and $350.00 for a set of four, alongside suggested searches in the form "Ag607563a for sale", "Ag607563a replacement" and "Ag607563a amazon", and no listing or price on ABMVIVM10.

Where no manufacturer document comes back, the number has to be verified away from the market. F5SP021 was the only one of the four to put a manufacturer instruction sheet in first position, and TT4.00F6-900 returned seller listings plus two FDA MAUDE reports carrying a field labeled "Device Catalogue Number". Check a number of that kind against the registry record through its device identifier, not against a second offer, since another seller repeating the same string confirms nothing.

What to check before you order from a part number

Before a part number goes on a purchase order, check it against the record it points to field by field, because the catalog number on its own settles the commercial unit only for Vivace Ultra and the rated capacity only for Thermage, outside the FLX Body record.

  • the device identifier, the string that stays usable when the catalog field is blank
  • the device count field, where Vivace Ultra keeps the difference between one piece and ten
  • the package identifiers, which only the shenb Vivace and SkinPen records carry here
  • the model version field, the marking available on the Ultherapy and Sylfirm X records
  • the date of the last update, since a record revised in August 2026 can still leave that field empty
  • whether the offer's number appears in the record at all, since numbers such as AG608575A circulate without one

Work down that order on every line of a quote and keep the device identifier beside the part number in your own records. If a number will not resolve to a record, request a quote with the device identifier and the piece count written out, so the offer that comes back is comparable with the one on your desk.

FAQ

What does an empty catalog number field tell you about a part?

On the 2026 shenb SH-TIP record that field was still blank on September 20, 2026, although the record was published on August 7 and revised on August 17, 2026, so the field stayed unfilled through one revision. Get the number printed on the label from your supplier and find the matching record by its device identifier.

Why do two records for the same Vivace cartridge list different pack sizes?

The 2019 record documents packages of 15 and 20 units while the 2026 record documents 5 and 10, so the commercial unit changed between two filings by the same labeler. Both sets of package identifiers remain live in their own records, so an offer built on a twenty-unit package and one built on a ten-unit package can each point at a genuine entry, separated by the identifier on the packaging.

Does the registry hold every number a brand has in circulation?

No, the number AG608575A appears on a resale listing for a 24-pin resurfacing tip at $149.00 and matches none of the seventeen Morpheus8 records in the registry. That listing describes the item as pre-owned and never used in its original packaging, read on September 18, 2026, so ask the seller whether it sells the part under InMode authorization. A string that returns nothing in a registry search cannot be checked against a filing.
