Vivace cartridge prices are published by sellers, so the first decision is which seller to order from and which part that seller ships. What follows sets out the Vivace Ultra catalog numbers in the FDA registry, the pack sizes recorded against the older SH-TIP cartridge, four seller prices with the date each was checked, and what the clearance documents for this line record about the cartridge. The four listings do not all name the same brand, and the difference between a part sold under the Vivace name and a part sold for the VybeRF decides which record you check before you order.

Which channel actually sells a Vivace tip

The Aesthetics Biomedical product page for Vivace shows a demo request form, checked September 18, 2026, and the brand's former microneedling domain answers its addresses, PDF files in its own uploads folder included, with a 302 redirect, checked September 19, 2026, so ask Aesthetics Biomedical directly for a per-piece tip price.

Four pages on the brand, manufacturer and Cartessa side were checked for a price. The Aesthetics Biomedical page for Vivace offers "Learn More About Bringing the Vivace Technology to Your Practice." above a form, checked September 18, 2026. A PDF from the uploads folder of the old brand domain answers 302 Found and lands on that same page, checked September 19, 2026, so the archived documentation is unreachable at its own addresses too. The cartridge manufacturer's product page gives an email address and a phone number, and its Korean counterpart adds the 0.5 to 3.5 mm range that K150409 and K193070 record for the older Vivace, plus a 1 or 2 MHz choice, both checked September 19, 2026. Ask ShenB for the SH-TIP specification sheet and the price per piece. The VybeRF page at Cartessa publishes a depth specification, checked September 19, 2026, and the tip price sits in Cartessa's separate online store.

For every brand in this parts cluster, ask the brand's own sales channel for the per-piece consumable price before you set seller listings side by side. Plan on two questions to each seller, one for the specification and one for the price per piece.

Who makes the cartridge and who imports it

The labeler named on both SH-TIP cartridge records in the FDA registry is shenb Co., Ltd., and the newer record ties a single cartridge to two clearances covering two separate devices, K193070 for the Vivace and K230968 for the VybeRF.

Three companies appear in the documents behind this cartridge, each in a different role. ShenB files the cartridge records and the clearances under three spellings that matter when you search a supplier catalog, "Sung Hwan E&B Co., Ltd." in K150409, "ShenB Co Ltd" in K193070 and K230968, and "shenb Co., Ltd." in the cartridge record published in August 2026, checked September 18, 2026. Aesthetics Biomedical is named as the Vivace trademark owner in Cartessa's store notice and is the applicant on K221574, whose submission trade name reads LUDWIG Electrosurgical System rather than Vivace Ultra. Cartessa's store sells the tip under its own VybeRF name and describes it as made by SHEnB, checked September 18, 2026, and K230968, the clearance for the VYBE RF, names ShenB Co Ltd as the submitter. Ask Cartessa in writing which company it buys the tip from.

Cartessa's store lists its VybeRF treatment kit as "Compatible with Vivace®", checked September 18, 2026, which is the seller's statement, so ask which registry record and clearance number the tip in the box carries. Six fields belong in the order email before the box ships.

  • The brand on the carton, Vivace or VybeRF, and the company named as labeler.
  • The clearance number the part sells under.
  • The catalog number as printed on the box, not as written in the listing title.
  • The pack size as a count of pieces.
  • The price per piece, with the pack price next to it.
  • The expiration date of the lot shipping.

What one tip costs, seller by seller

Four sellers publish a price for a tip listed against the Vivace, and per piece the four run from $75.00 to $289.00 across four channels and four listing titles.

Price of one Vivace or VybeRF tip at four sellers, checked September 18 and 19, 2026
Seller What the listing actually sells Pack Price, checked Price per tip
Cartessa online store VybeRF tip, listed for use with the VybeRF 10 $750.00, checked September 18, 2026 $75.00
S.O. Esthetics listing titled with both brand names 10 $850.00, checked September 19, 2026 $85.00
Rock Bottom Lasers Vivace 36-pin insulated 10 $1,000.00, checked September 18, 2026 $100.00
MRP.io single SH-TIP 36-pin, sold out 1 $289.00, checked September 19, 2026 $289.00

The lowest number in that column is the one that is not sold under the Vivace name. Cartessa's pack of ten at $750.00 is a VybeRF tip listed "for use with the VybeRF RF Microneedling device", on a page carrying the notice that "Vivace® and Aesthetics Biomedical® are registered trademarks of Aesthetics Biomedical Inc." The MRP.io single piece at $289.00 was sold out when checked on September 19, 2026 and warns readers not to bid unless they are an authorized purchaser. For the Rock Bottom Lasers box at $1,000.00, marked down from $1,200.00, and the S.O. Esthetics pack at $850.00, ask each seller what buyer status it checks before shipping. Hold the four apart and never average them into a range for Vivace. For other RF devices, see five RF microneedling devices compared on running cost.

Among the registry records read for the five brands in this cluster, only the two Vivace SH-TIP cartridge records list package identifiers. Those identifiers also moved between generations of the cartridge record, with the older SH-TIP record listing 15 pieces and 20 while the record published in 2026 lists 5 and 10, both checked September 18, 2026. The commercial unit is not stable over time here, so a quote that says "a box" without a piece count cannot be divided.

How Vivace Ultra catalog numbers map to cartridges

Vivace Ultra catalog numbers encode the selling unit as well as the build, so ABMVIVM09 and ABMVIVM11 describe the same cartridge, one as a single piece and one as a box of ten, which is why the registry holds more cartridge records than the clearance lists tip types.

Vivace Ultra catalog numbers, registry descriptions and units per record, read September 18 and 19, 2026
Catalog number What the registry description says Units in the record
ABMVIVM01 custom insulated cartridge for small areas 1
ABMVIVM03 ten of the same cartridge 10
ABMVIVM05 standard insulated cartridge 1
ABMVIVM07 ten of the same cartridge 10
ABMVIVM06 standard non-insulated cartridge 1
ABMVIVM09 60 insulated needles in a square pattern 1
ABMVIVM11 ten of the same cartridge 10
ABMVIVM10 60 non-insulated needles in a square pattern 1

Six of those records were read on September 19, 2026 and two on September 18, 2026, and the pattern in them pairs a single piece with a ten-pack. The number says nothing about how many needles the cartridge holds and a great deal about whether you order one piece or ten, which sits in the device count field of every Vivace Ultra cartridge record read here, the ABMVIVM11 GUDID record included, so two offers compared by catalog number alone can be a box priced against a piece. K221574 states that six different electrode tips are available while the registry holds at least ten cartridge catalog records, and several records are one build in a second selling unit. ABMVIVM04 and ABMVIVM08 were not checked, so treat any supplier list offered as the complete range as unverified.

One other brand in this cluster records the wear allowance inside the part number itself. See Thermage FLX and CPT tips, part numbers and REP limits. A Vivace Ultra catalog number carries the selling unit, and the clearances carry the single-use statement for the cartridge. Catalog numbers for other brands sit in the catalog number cross reference for six brands.

Which Vivace Ultra records state a needle count

Of the eight Vivace Ultra cartridge records read here, three state a needle count, all of them the 60-needle square pattern. For the standard and small-area cartridges, ask the supplier for the needle count and the catalog number it belongs to.

Those three are ABMVIVM10, "a cartridge containing 60 non-insulated microneedles in a square pattern", ABMVIVM09 as its insulated equivalent and ABMVIVM11 as ten of the insulated version, all read in September 2026. The other records describe the build in words, reading "INDIVIDUAL STANDARD INSULATED MICRONEEDLE CARTIDGE", registry typo included, and "CUSTOM INSULATED MICRONEEDLE CARTRIDGE FOR SMALL AREAS".

The figure of 36 that circulates in listings belongs to documents that are not Vivace Ultra documents. K150409 and K193070 describe 36 electrodes in a 6 x 6 array for the Vivace, K230968 repeats that array for the VybeRF cartridge, and Cartessa's store describes "36-needle tips for use with the VybeRF RF Microneedling device" for the tip it sells, checked September 18, 2026. When a listing quotes a needle count for a Vivace Ultra variant, ask for the catalog number and read the record before you accept it as a parameter of the part.

What the clearances record about the cartridge

Three FDA clearances cover this cartridge line, K150409 from 2016, K193070 from 2021 and K230968 from 2023, and each records the cartridge as sterile and for single patient use, so ask the supplier for the shelf life and the storage conditions.

FDA decision K150409, decided January 15, 2016, gives a needle diameter of 0.3 mm with 36 electrodes and a 0.5 to 3.5 mm stroke in 0.1 mm steps. FDA decision K193070, decided April 26, 2021, repeats the 6 x 6 array and states that the cartridge is "supplied sterile and is for single patient use only and cannot be re-sterilized". FDA decision K230968, decided July 6, 2023 for the VYBE RF with the Vivace as predicate, carries the same cartridge parameters. Vivace Ultra runs under a separate clearance, K221574 of October 16, 2022, with a 0.5 to 4 mm range in 0.1 mm steps, a sterility assurance level of 10⁻⁶ and Class II status under 21 CFR 878.4400. Two generations, two depth ranges, so a supplier who quotes one range for "the Vivace" without naming the generation and the decision number has not answered the question. For fit across device generations, see does a newer cartridge fit an older device.

Ask the supplier for the instructions for use and a photograph of the carton label for the lot it ships.

The expiration date sits in the UDI. Both SH-TIP records list lot or batch number, expiration date and manufacturing date as parts of the UDI, checked September 18, 2026, and the MRP.io listing, checked September 19, 2026, showed an expiration of July 23, 2023 on the unit it offered, which is one specimen's date and not a shelf life for the line. Ask for the lot expiration date at order time.

The part in this line that is not disposable

One Vivace Ultra catalog number is not a consumable at all, because the registry lists ABMVIVR01, the RF applicator sitting between the cart and the microneedle cartridge, as neither single use nor packaged sterile.

Inside one brand the registry keeps three kinds of thing apart. ABMVIVS01 is the console, flagged as not single use and not sterile, record version 3 dated May 9, 2025. ABMVIVR01 in GUDID is the applicator between the cart and the cartridge, flagged the same way and read on September 19, 2026. The cartridge records for ABMVIVM01 and ABMVIVM10 sit on the other side of that line, flagged single use and packaged sterile. So the question of what the consumable costs has more than one answer here, and only one answer is about a box of cartridges. Put the applicator on its own line in any quote and ask the supplier how often it is replaced and what it costs.

Single use is not the rule across this cluster either. One brand runs a disposable tip on a multi-use handpiece (Morpheus8 tips and handpieces), another runs a part cleaned and reused between patients (Ultherapy transducers), and the Vivace Ultra line splits the same way inside one registry brand. Read the single-use flag on the record for the exact catalog number rather than inferring it from the category name. See also Scarlet SRF cartridges.

Before comparing two offers, collect four fields for each, the catalog number as printed, the clearance number, the pack size in pieces and the price per piece. Request a quote naming your device generation and the catalog numbers you run, and the reply arrives in a form you can set beside the numbers above.

FAQ

How many tips come in a box?

Box size is not fixed for this brand, because the registry lists pack identifiers of 15 and 20 pieces against the older cartridge record and 5 and 10 against the newer one, while the Vivace Ultra records read here state the quantity as a device count of 1 or 10. The older SH-TIP record also holds a unit-of-use identifier, 08800017100340, and ABMVIVM11 holds G055ABMVIVM110, so a supplier quoting one long number is not necessarily quoting the carton.

Does a Vivace cartridge need a prescription?

The two labelers fill the prescription-use field differently, since the ShenB cartridge records, checked September 18, 2026, are marked prescription use and the Aesthetics Biomedical records, checked September 19, 2026, are not. K193070 and K221574 both clear a Class II device, so ask your supplier which clearance the cartridge ships under and what its label states about sale.

Which is better, 12 pin or 36 pin microneedling?

The documents read for this brand state two needle counts, 36 in a 6 by 6 array for the older Vivace and for the VybeRF, and 60 in a square pattern on three Vivace Ultra records. For a 12-pin offer, get the catalog number from the seller and look up the registry record behind it, because the registry ties a catalog number to a described build.
