A US practice reaches a SkinPen Precision device by one of two paths, either the manufacturer's path, where the SkinPen distributor finder lists Crown Aesthetics for the USA and the practice button on Crown's SkinPen product page opens a "Become A Provider" form on the Revance site, or a single seller's listing that shows a price on the day it is read. Search results for "skin pen for sale" read on September 24, 2026 mixed pens sold for home use with the SkinPen Precision device, and this page covers only the device a practice buys. Crown's products page showed no amount when read on September 18 and again on September 24, 2026, so on the manufacturer's path you have to ask for the price in writing. Decide which path you are on before you compare numbers, because the manufacturer's path shows no amount to compare and a listing price is one seller's figure on the day it was read.
Where the manufacturer's pages send a US practice
Crown Aesthetics' SkinPen product page sends practices to a "Become A Provider" form on the Revance site, and the SkinPen distributor finder names Crown Aesthetics itself against the USA (both read September 24, 2026).
The finder sorts its entries by region, and on September 24, 2026 its North America region held two entries, "USA (HQ)" for Crown Aesthetics and "Canada" for RGR Pharma Ltd. The page names no other company against the USA in either of two reads that day, which describes the page and not who else sells the device in the country. For a US practice the manufacturer's directory points back to the manufacturer, so write to the USA contact the finder gives or fill in the form, since the finder offers you no second US name to compare.
On Crown's product page the "Become A Provider" button appears in the menu and in the body, and both link to the Revance partner sign-up form (read September 24, 2026). The same page carries a "Find A Provider" button that links to crownproviders.com and a "Visit Consumer Website" button that links to skinpen.com, and it carries the line "Contact Crown Aesthetics today to learn more". Use the "Become A Provider" route for a device order, because it is the button that leads to the form with a "Sales" answer.
The SkinPen provider page promises "Dedicated customer service representatives available to you", yet in two reads on September 24, 2026 its text gave no phone number and no e-mail address. The page names the service but not the channel, so in your first message ask who your representative will be and how to reach that person directly once the form is in.
What the Revance form asks and what to ask the sales contact
The Revance form behind Crown's "Become A Provider" button asks "Why are you contacting us?" and offers "Sales" as one of five answers (read September 24, 2026), so a practice that wants to buy the device can say so on the form itself.
The other four answers are General Inquiries, Medical Inquiries, EDGE Partnership and Other. The form also has an "Areas Of Interest" field with SkinPen as an option, so pick "Sales" and choose SkinPen to state on the form itself that your practice is asking about the device. A third field, "How did you hear about us?", offers "Sales Rep" as an answer; if a representative has already been in touch with your practice, pick it and give that person's name to whoever answers the form.
The Crown Aesthetics Portfolio Starter Package page lists the SkinPen device, Skinfuse and the ProGen PRP system, with no amount (read September 24, 2026). Because the package groups three products, a package figure would not show what the device costs on its own. Ask for the device priced on its own line, apart from any package, and ask how many treatment kits come with it.
Ask the sales contact whether a device order starts with an account set-up or with a representative's visit, and whether a contract comes with either. Ask for the device price in writing in the same message.
Where the device shows up outside that path
Outside the manufacturer's path, the device appears on individual seller pages, and two of the three read for this page on September 24, 2026 were marked "Sold out" or "This item is no longer available."
| Seller | How the page describes the seller | What the listing offers | Listed price and status | Read on |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| mrp.io SkinPen listing | "Largest third-party biomedical service facility in North America"; the listing adds "do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser." | SkinPen Precision handpiece, "Pre-Owned", "Good Condition", "Benchtested – Powers On and Charges" | $3,345.00, "Sold out" | September 24, 2026 (two reads) |
| DOTmed listing #4982236 | The listing names the seller as "Oxygen Concentrator & Supply" | "Refurbished BELLUS MEDICAL (crown aesthetics) SkinPen Precision microneedling system": unit, wireless charging station, power supply cord | $599.00 USD, listed September 15, 2026; "This item is no longer available" | September 24, 2026 |
| Starlight Pharmacy product page | "World Wide distributor of dermal fillers" | "SkinPen Precision Microneedling Device (Skinfuse Treatment Kit)"; the page states neither condition nor contents | Amount not quoted here; ask the seller what it covers | September 24, 2026 (two reads) |
Each amount in the table is what that seller's page showed on the day of reading, not a price set by the brand. A listing page can stay online after the item stops selling, as the mrp.io page did with its price and a "Sold out" line. The DOTmed system went up on September 15, 2026 and showed "This item is no longer available" nine days later. Write the read date next to every price you collect, and open the listing again on the day you order to check its status.
The Starlight card joins "Device" and "Skinfuse Treatment Kit" in one title, and in two reads it gave no condition and no kit contents. Ask that seller in writing what the amount pays for, item by item, before you compare it with anything else.
The same search results for "skin pen for sale" included Amazon search lists carrying a pen labeled "for Home Use", which is a different product from the device a practice buys. Filter your own searches by the device name, SkinPen Precision, and by the part numbers in the next section.
How to check a listing against the manual's part list
The SkinPen Precision manual (PN#P5SP064.00) numbers the handpiece Part #F5SP005 / REF 100 and the inductive charging base Part #F5SP006 / REF 101, and the pre-owned mrp.io listing read on September 24, 2026 names REF 100 and REF 101 in its contents.
The manual says on page 2 that the device "consists of a microneedling pen handpiece, and a sterile needle cartridge." Its part list then gives each part a Part # and, for some parts, a REF number (read September 24, 2026). The REF number gives you a shared reference between a seller's list and the manual, and the mrp.io contents show "(1x) REF: 100" and REF 101. The same listing also carries three P/N numbers, 10130010, 10120011 and 10130012. Ask the seller which manual part each P/N stands for, because a number you cannot place against the manual tells you nothing about what is in the box.
| Part in the manual | Part # / REF | What to ask the seller |
|---|---|---|
| SkinPen Precision Handpiece | Part #F5SP005 / REF 100 | Is REF 100 on the handpiece in this listing? |
| Inductive Charging Base | Part #F5SP006 / REF 101 | Is the charging item REF 101? |
| Base Charger AC/DC Adapter | Part #F5SP007 | Is the adapter included, and what number does it carry? |
| SkinPen Precision Cartridge | Part #F5SP021 / REF 014 | Are any cartridges included, and with what expiry? |
The DOTmed listing describes its contents in the seller's words, as a unit, a wireless charging station and a power supply cord. The manual's part list names an Inductive Charging Base and a Base Charger AC/DC Adapter, and neither the seller's words nor those names are part numbers, so ask the seller to write the manual's Part # or REF next to each item before you pay. See also Mechanical vs RF microneedling.
What a resale purchase changes for cartridges and warranty
The SkinPen Precision manual numbers the cartridge separately as Part #F5SP021 / REF 014, and the refurbished DOTmed listing read on September 24, 2026 left out the "tips and other accessories shown in the video," so settle where your cartridges will come from before you pay for a resale device.
The manual describes the cartridge as EO-sterilized, single use and packaged individually, and calls it a "Proprietary needle cartridge." (read September 24, 2026). A single-use cartridge means each treatment draws on a new one, so the device and its cartridge supply are two separate purchases. The word "tips" in the DOTmed listing is not a part number, so ask the seller whether it means the REF 014 cartridge, and arrange your cartridge source in writing before you commit to the device. See Cartridges for SkinPen Precision.
The manual's warranty chapter states "Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and purchase date." (read September 24, 2026). See aesthetic device warranty outside the authorized channel.
Who may place the order on either path is a separate question, set out in who can buy professional aesthetic consumables in the US.
Questions to settle before you pay
Put these questions to the sales contact or the seller in writing, because neither Crown's products page (read September 18 and September 24, 2026) nor the SkinPen provider page (read twice on September 24, 2026) shows a device price, and two of the three seller listings read on September 24, 2026 were already sold out or no longer available.
- Is the form with the "Sales" answer the right start for a device order, and what comes after it for your practice?
- Before you order from a seller that is not on the manufacturer's path, read how the listing describes the seller and ask the seller in writing where its stock comes from, because the listing's own description is what this page can quote about that seller.
- Can the seller list every item with the Part # or REF from the manual, including the adapter?
- Are tips or cartridges in the box, and where will your next REF 014 cartridges come from?
- Is the listing still live on the day you order, and at the amount you recorded?
When you have those answers in writing, you can request a quote and set it beside what the sales contact or the seller sent.
FAQ
Which SkinPen models does the distributor finder cover?
The distributor finder on skinpeninternational.com, footed "© 2026 Crown Aesthetics, a Revance Company," names the SkinPen Precision Elite and its single-use treatment kit in its menu (two reads, September 24, 2026), so ask Crown whether the USA contact it lists also handles the SkinPen Precision. Name the SkinPen Precision and the manual number PN#P5SP064.00 in your first message, so the reply refers to the device you mean.
Which Crown address should a practice write to about a device order?
The SkinPen distributor finder gives enquiries@crownaesthetics.com for the USA, while the customer service number in the SkinPen Precision manual is listed for warranty inquiries, so start a device order at that address or through the Revance form. The finder showed that address against "USA (HQ)" in both reads on September 24, 2026. Put the model and the word "Sales" in your subject line.
Where does a practice reorder once it has an account?
The revanceaesthetics.com home page menu links a "Customer Portal" to a login page at hcp.revanceready.com, so ask your Revance sales contact whether device and SkinPen cartridge reorders go through it. The same menu has a "Get Started" link that leads to the provider form (read September 24, 2026). If your practice opens an account, ask for portal login details and which products the portal will show for it.
