A cartridge offer can be set against another one only when it states the price, how many cartridges that price buys, the seller's own description of its status and the date the figure was read. Among eight product lines checked between September 18 and 23, 2026, the DermapenWorld US store listed the Dermapen HOME home-line cartridge with a price and a pack size together, $110.00 for five on September 18, 20 and 23. The Dr. Pen A6S 36-pin ten-pack carried both as well, $55.00 on September 18, 20 and 23, 2026, but on us.drpen.co, whose footer read "Authorised Distributors of Dr.Pen" on September 23. This page records what each channel publishes and in what unit, and three of these brands are set side by side on a separate page, SkinPen, Dr. Pen and Dermapen compared on cartridge cost.

  • 6 of 8 product lines showed no cartridge price on the brand's own pages read September 18 to 23, 2026, only a sign-up, a contact, a demo or a shop search
  • 3 of 8 lines have cartridge pack quantities in FDA GUDID records (SkinPen, Dermapen 4, MicroPen EVO), read September 18 and 23, 2026
  • $5.50 a Dr. Pen A6S 36-pin cartridge, $55.00 for ten at us.drpen.co, a store with "Authorised Distributors of Dr.Pen" in its footer, read September 18, 20 and 23, 2026
  • $22.00 a Dermapen HOME home-line cartridge, $110.00 for five at the DermapenWorld US store, read September 18, 20 and 23, 2026

What each brand's own channel shows for the cartridge

On a brand's own US store, the Dermapen HOME home-line cartridge carried a cartridge price and a pack size, $110.00 for five, while the brand pages read for six other lines between September 18 and 23, 2026 showed a provider sign-up, a sales or distributor contact, a demo invitation or a shop search result, and the Dr. Pen figure comes from a store whose footer reads "Authorised Distributors of Dr.Pen". The DermapenWorld US microneedling accessories collection listed it at $110.00 for a box of five on September 18, 20 and 23, 2026, or $22.00 a cartridge, and the product sits in the brand's home line. That brand-store figure prices a home-line part, not a professional Dermapen 4 cartridge.

The Dr. Pen figure is $55.00 for a ten-pack of A6S 36-pin cartridges, read on September 18, 20 and 23, 2026, or $5.50 a cartridge, and the only buying condition on the card was an age of 22 or older (September 18 and 23). On September 23 the page footer read "Authorised Distributors of Dr.Pen" and gave a warehouse in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and a head office in Australia, so the $5.50 should enter any comparison labeled as a distributor's price.

For the other six lines the brand's pages read here offer a route to a person or a shop search result. The Crown Aesthetics products page listed SkinPen with no price and a "Become A Provider >" link on September 18, 20 and 23, 2026, and its MicroPen EVO page showed the same "Become A Provider >" link on September 23. On September 23 the Dermapen 4 SOS kits page said "contact your distributor for more information", Refine USA offered "Schedule a Demo Today!" for Rejuvapen NXT, SkinStylus showed "TALK WITH SALES" and the shop of the Procell microchanneling device maker returned "No results for 'tip'.", while the Dp Derm card for the DP4 box of 33 showed no price on all three dates. A price without a pack size and a seller name is not yet a figure you can set against another. Radiofrequency tips are outside this table, and what a mechanical or RF microneedling session costs to run has its own page.

What the FDA device database shows for cartridge pack size

The FDA's GUDID device database gives cartridge pack quantities for three of the eight lines, SkinPen at 12 and 24 (read September 18, 2026), Dermapen 4 in a record reading "Cartridges – Box of 33" (September 18 and 23, 2026) and MicroPen EVO at 12 in records from two different labelers (September 23, 2026), and for the other five the searches run on September 23, 2026 returned a record without package identifiers or no cartridge record, so any box size for those five comes from a store page. The SkinPen Precision cartridge record (REF014, labeler Bellus Medical) and the Elite record (REF015) each carry package identifiers for one cartridge, a box of 12 and a box of 24, while the same labeler also files cases of 24 and 12 treatment kits, which are kit cartons, not cartridge boxes. When a SkinPen offer says "24", ask for the package identifier and set it against the REF014 record, which gives 00850060751950 for its 24-cartridge package.

Equipmed USA B.V. files Dermapen 4 cartridges as "Cartridges – Box of 33", and on September 23, 2026 a search on its name also returned a Dp4 sleeve record filed as a box of 33. The wording in the record, not the count, tells you what an offer's box holds.

The MicroPen EVO cartridge has two records in commercial distribution, both read September 23, 2026. ECLIPSE files catalog number 50EVO2000-010 with a case of 12 linked to K203144 and K212558, and Bellus Medical, also the labeler on the SkinPen REF014 record, files model F5SP223 with one unit, a case of 12 and a case of two 12s and the entry "Premarket Submission Number Not Available/Not Released". A case of 12 can reach you under either identifier, so ask which one the invoice will carry. Catalog numbers as a topic sit on a separate page, the catalog number cross-reference.

For Rejuvapen NXT the only Refine USA record shows "No Package DIs found", and so do the SkinStylus 12-pin (10445) and 36-pin (10446) records filed by Hydrafacial LLC, although the K192138 summary describes a single-use Rejuvapen cartridge with 12 stainless steel microneedles and the 510(k) summary K200044 describes single-use, gamma-sterilized SkinStylus cartridges. A 510(k) summary that describes the cartridge and a box size in the device record are two separate things. For the other three lines the searches found no record of the part ("A6S" 0 records, "dermapen" 0, "equipmed" only the three Dp4 records, and for the Procell microchanneling device "procell" one record of an unrelated company and "microchanneling" 0, all September 23, 2026). For these five, record the seller's pack size with the seller's name.

Cartridge prices listed at a named seller

For four lines, SkinPen, Dermapen 4, Rejuvapen NXT and the Procell microchanneling device, a per-unit figure appears at a named seller, in boxes of 12, 33 or 100 at one seller read on September 18, 2026 and of 5, 10 or 33 at the other three read on September 23, 2026, so each figure prices one listing on one date, and you can ask each of the four sellers whether the maker authorizes it. On September 18, 2026 botoxon.com listed SkinPen cartridges at 12 for $95, 33 for $150 and 100 for $550, or $7.92, $4.55 and $5.50 a cartridge. One seller on one day gave three per-unit figures, so box size belongs in a comparison as much as price.

On September 23, 2026 Skindevic, a seller with a New York address, listed "DP4 Cartridges (Box of 33)" at $160.00, or $4.85 a cartridge, beside a struck-through $800.00, while the Dp Derm card showed no price and "Sold out". Clarion Medical showed a third state for its "Dp4 Needles – Box of 33", a "Connect to View Price" button, and its area code 519 and a French version point to Canada. In this table a Dermapen 4 per-unit figure comes only from a seller's offer.

MRP.io in Park City, Utah, listed ten Rejuvapen "RP Needle 2.5mm" cartridges for $345.00, or $34.50 each, as open-box stock with a 06/2025 expiry, marked sold out, and says it verifies the buyer as an authorized purchaser before shipping (September 23, 2026). It shows what one seller asked for stock already sold out, not a price you can order at. Its MicroPen EVO listing, a used kit with a handpiece, a base, two batteries and five cartridges at $3,995.00 on September 23, 2026, also sold out, includes the device and cannot be divided by five.

For the Procell microchanneling device, medpurchasing.com listed "Microchanneling Tips" at $125.00 for five, $25.00 a tip, for buyers with a professional qualification such as licensed esthetician (September 23, 2026), and the part name is the one the seller uses. No seller in this table gives a per-cartridge figure for MicroPen EVO or the SkinStylus MicroSystem.

On September 23, 2026 drpen.net, run by Bealux LLC, listed the A6S 36-pin ten-pack at $29.00 on sale against a $55.00 regular price, $2.90 a cartridge on sale, and on September 18 buydermapen.com sold compatible A6S tips at $79.00 for 50, or $1.58 each. A third-party price belongs in a comparison only with the seller's name, the date and what its page says about authorization.

How far the price per cartridge moves inside the us.drpen.co store

On the first of at least three pages of the us.drpen.co cartridge collection, read on September 23, 2026, the price of one cartridge ran from about $4.00 on the Hydra Pen H5 24-pin ($39.95 for ten) to $13.99 on the H6 18-pin ($69.95 for five), about 3.5 times apart, because the price follows the pen model and the pack size while the pin count changed it inside a model only on the H5. That page held 40 of the collection's 81 items, the range covers that page only, and the Bio Roller G5 heads on the same page are roller parts, left out here.

Price per cartridge on the first page of the us.drpen.co cartridge collection, read September 23, 2026
pen model and pin count unit of sale pack price price per cartridge
Hydra Pen H5 24-pin pack of 10 $39.95 $4.00, rounded
A6S (11 and 36-pin), A6 Ultima, A7, M5, X5, X5 Ultima, M8 (11, 16 and 36-pin) and A6S Ultima 16-pin pack of 10 $55.00 $5.50
A11, A9 and M8S (12, 18 and 24-pin, plus 36-pin for the A11) pack of 10 $59.95 $6.00, rounded
Hydra Pen H5 12-pin pack of 10 $59.95 $6.00, rounded
M9 18-pin pack of 5 $34.50 $6.90
A20 (12, 14, 18, 24 and 36-pin) pack of 10 $79.00 $7.90
Bio Pen Q2 14 and 25-pin pack of 5 $69.00 $13.80
H6 18-pin pack of 5 $69.95 $13.99

3.5× is the distance between about $4.00 a cartridge (Hydra Pen H5 24-pin, $39.95 for 10) and $13.99 a cartridge (H6 18-pin, $69.95 for 5), both on the first of at least three pages of the us.drpen.co cartridge collection, read September 23, 2026.

Inside the A20 line five pin counts share one price, and the A6S costs the same in 11-pin and 36-pin form. If you run an H5, ask the store why it listed the 12-pin ten-pack at $59.95 and the 24-pin ten-pack at $39.95. When you compare a "Dr. Pen cartridge" with any other, name the pen model and the pack size behind its price.

What two listings need in common before their prices compare

Two cartridge prices compare only when both listings name the same part and state the seller's status, and among listings read in September 2026 that separates a branded Dr. Pen cartridge from compatible tips sold in lots of fifty, the Dermapen HOME home line from the professional Dermapen 4, and the SkinStylus MicroSystem cartridge from the SteriLock Nano cartridges sold in packs of 6 and 20. The buydermapen.com listing (September 18, 2026) calls its product "Dr Pen A6S Micro Needle Tips" but sells lots of 50, so its $1.58 prices a compatible part, not the branded A6S cartridge that us.drpen.co sells in tens. Whether a cartridge fits a device is a separate question, covered on does a newer cartridge fit an older device.

The HOME and DP4 cartridges both carry 16 needles (DermapenWorld US store, September 18, 2026; Dp Derm card, September 18 and 23, 2026), yet the DP4 comes in boxes of 33 and the HOME cartridge sits in the brand's home line. A shared needle count does not make two parts one product, so set a HOME price only against another HOME offer.

On September 23, 2026 hydrafacial.store listed SteriLock Nano cartridges in packs of 20 and 6 with the price hidden until login, while skinstylus.com named three MicroSystem cartridges, 12-pin, 36-pin and 36-pin HiLo, beside a "TALK WITH SALES" button. Nano is a different line, so the 6 and the 20 do not carry over to a MicroSystem box. Refine USA names two Rejuvapen NXT cartridges, ISO Tips with 12 stainless steel needles and the EXCEL Microneedling Tip with 24, and the EXCEL page showed an "ORDER NOW" button (September 23), so an offer for "Rejuvapen tips" has to say which one it prices.

For the Procell microchanneling device, the maker's home page read on September 23, 2026 presents "The Original Microchanneling Device", and the maker's shop search for "tip" returned "No results for 'tip'.", so ask the maker what it calls the consumable part and ask any seller to describe the part in writing before you compare it.

A US-English DuckDuckGo search for A6S ten-packs on September 23, 2026 returned five different domains with "drpen" in the name, two with "official" in it and one calling itself an "Authorized Retailer". "Official" in a domain is the store describing itself, so ask any Dr. Pen seller for the maker's written authorization before treating its price as the brand's. For what ties a clinic to one cartridge source, see SkinPen vs Rejuvapen, MicroPen and SkinStylus.

Four facts to get in writing before comparing two cartridge offers

Get the price, the number of cartridges in the pack, the seller's own description of its status and the date in one written reply for each offer, because the listings read between September 18 and 23, 2026 ranged from a price with a pack size on the DermapenWorld US store to a "Sold out" card with no figure at Dp Derm. A provider sign-up at Crown Aesthetics, a sales line at SkinStylus, a distributor referral on the Dermapen 4 kit page, a login wall at Clarion Medical and a "Sold out" card at Dp Derm, all as read on September 23, 2026, lead to the same written request.

Ask for the number of cartridges, not boxes, and for the package identifier where the record lists one, because in the FDA records a SkinPen case of 24 can hold treatment kits (read September 18, 2026) and a Dp4 box of 33 can hold sleeves (read September 23, 2026). For status, copy the seller's own wording next to the price.

The date belongs to the price. The HOME and A6S figures were each read on September 18, 20 and 23, 2026 and did not change, while the Dp Derm card for the DP4 box went from unavailable on September 18 to "Sold out" on September 20 and 23, and the item read "DP4 Cartridges (Box of 33)" in the store list on September 18 but "4MD Cartridges (Box of 33)" on the product card on September 23. A figure without a date cannot tell you whether it still holds.

Take the rows above for the lines you run, send each supplier the same four questions and compare only the replies that answer all four, or request a quote.

FAQ

Why can one cartridge show two prices on the same day?

On September 23, 2026 the ten-pack of Dr. Pen A6S 36-pin cartridges cost $55.00 at us.drpen.co and $29.00 on sale at drpen.net, a store run by Bealux LLC, which gave $55.00 as its regular price, so the two figures differ by one seller's promotion rather than by list price. The us.drpen.co card showed its $55.00 as the regular price, and Bealux LLC gives an address in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Where does an official box size come from?

From the product's record in the FDA's GUDID database, which lists package quantities for the SkinPen and MicroPen EVO cartridges and gives the Dermapen 4 record the wording "Cartridges – Box of 33" (records read September 18, 2026 for SkinPen, September 18 and 23 for Dermapen 4 and September 23 for MicroPen EVO), while the records opened on September 23, 2026 for Rejuvapen NXT and SkinStylus SteriLock MicroSystem show "No Package DIs found", even though a 510(k) document describes a single-use cartridge for each of those two systems. In the SkinPen REF014 record the box of 12 carries package identifier 00850060751943 and the box of 24 carries 00850060751950, numbers you can ask a supplier to print on the invoice.

What does "Log in to see price" mean for a comparison?

It is a third state between a shown price and none, seen on September 23, 2026 at Clarion Medical for a Dp4 box of 33 and at hydrafacial.store for SteriLock Nano cartridges, and such an offer enters a comparison only once the account holder has the figure, the pack size, the seller's status and the date in writing. The Clarion listing carries SKU DP001-00, so ask Clarion which currency that price is in, and the same hydrafacial.store category also hides the price of the SkinStylus Nano-Needling Device behind the account login.
